Fixes some bugs in one of the mods quests and adds support for Better Cities - Separated.

Simple fix made by Dmettler182 that I patched into the ESP and decided to upload. This mod fixes an old bug where during one of the quest's the Water LOD would break. This fixes that and adds support for the Separated version of Better Cities - IC Waterfront District.

Drag and drop files into your install folder, or install with Wyre Bash.
