Voices. Nothing more, nothing less.
You still need to download and install the original mod Hackdirt The Deep Ones, and then overwrite the silent voice files it provides with these, by extracting into the Data folder. I recommend also getting an updated ESP for the mod from Collection of Cleaned - Updated - Fixed - UOP Compatible Mods.
Created using ElevenLabs, so they sound just like the NPCs from the original game.
