With the expansion of the lore on Dragons and the Thu'um since Oblivion's release, Martin Septim now uses a Shout to transform into an Avatar of Akatosh, and the Avatar now uses audible Shouts in the fight against Mehrunes Dagon.

The Shout Martin Septim uses is one I made up from two words from Soul Tear in Skyrim; Vaaz Rii Dov (Tear Essence Dragon). I saw it as Martin Septim forcibly taking the power from the Amulet of Kings; tearing the essence of Akatosh, the Dragon God of Time, from the Amulet. I know that Martin Septim never studied with the Greybeards thus meaning that he never learnt the Thu'um from them, but he's Dragonborn and was a Priest of Akatosh so he might've come across at least a small amount of the Dragon Language in his time as a priest.
The Avatar of Akatosh uses two canon Shouts, Whirlwind Sprint and Fire Breath. The Avatar also uses another another Shout which I made up; Slen Zii Gron (Flesh Spirit Bind). In-game accounts state that Martin's sacrifice sealed the Gates of Oblivion forever, so I think those Words of Power suit this conclusion well; the Daedra are forever bound to Oblivion in flesh and spirit and cannot fully materialise on Nirn ever again.
Compatibility:
Compatible with everything except mods which also change the audio for the Avatar of Akatosh and the Amulet of Kings being shattered.
