About this mod
This is a cheat/god item. I like the ring of 100% Chameleon on this site that allows me to walk unbothered in Tamriel, but it stops dialogue from NPCs because they don't notice me. I made this ring so I can hear dialogue and still not die while exploring. I made a ring that makes your PC immune to damage instead!

Obviously this is a cheat item and not meant for normal gameplay, as it takes the challenge out of battling. I made it to explore when I don't feel like being killed constantly. I made this for myself. I wasn't going to share it, but I thought maybe someone else might like it. I'm not a modder and have no idea how to update it or fix it, I also made a version that wears on the tail slot if anyone wants me to upload that too.

What it does:
Gives 1000000% physical and magic Shield
Restores Health per hit
Wearable on the left hand, so you can wear right-handed rings along with it
What it does not do:
Make you invisible to enemies
Make you undetectable when stealing
Make you explode

Conflicts
It will conflict with anything that edits the ICPrisonSewerExit01 map, 11,20. (Like the skill diary mod. They sit in the same place so it might be inside the book or get knocked out of place)

The sewer exit right after the tutorial. I put here in case anyone is using a "skip tutorial" mod
