Alternate Legion Armour Replacer - no adult content v1.0
Requirements:
Latest version of Oblivion.
HGEC or compatible body replacer.
Install:
Copy esp file to the Oblivion\Data folder.
Copy meshes and textures folders to Oblivion\Data folder.
Run launcher>Data Files> check altlegionarmourreplacer2.esp
Description:
Replaces the Legion armour with models that have a bit more psuedo-Roman appearance as in previous and subsequent Elder Scrolls games.
Legion cuirass, greaves, boots, and helmet were replaced with the Alternate Legion Armour used in my other mods, however I have changed the female meshes so this mod is not in the adult content category. The other replacer is still available for those who prefer it. The male meshes were unchanged.
The Legion shield was replaced by Myopic's Morrowind-style Legion shield.
This mod does not change stats, alter inventories, or add NPCs.
Compatibility Notes:
Replaces the stock Legion armour meshes. Does not change the inventories of NPCs. Does not change stats of the items.
Myopic's Legion shield replacer is now redundant, as this does the same thing.
Not compatible with other Legion armour replacers, including my other version, however both can be installed at the same time, but only one esp should active at a time, so it can be toggled back and forth as needed.
Notes:
I replaced both versions of the Legion helmet with a single helmet mesh, so now they both look the same. There is no egm file for the helmet. One size fits most.
The Legion gauntlets were left unchanged.
I made both sandals and boots for the female legion boot replacer. Default is the boot style. If you prefer the sandals delete meshes\darkcubicle\altlegion2\heavy\f\gaiters.nif and rename meshes\darkcubicle\altlegion2\heavy\f\sandals.nif to meshes\darkcubicle\altlegion2\heavy\f\gaiters.nif.
