Adds a staff with unlimited charges capable of throwing NPCs to Rindir's Staffs

This is a fun mod that adds a staff with limitless charges that can fling NPCs around. The staff can be bought at Rindir's Staffs. The script effect is hostile, so don't shoot it at someone you don't want to be angry at you!
Installation via mod manager recommended
MANUAL INSTALLATION:
1. Extract .7z via 7zip
2. Paste Staff of Chucking.esp into Oblivion/Data folder
3. Activate Staff of Chucking.esp through your choice of mod manager or the built-in one
To activate the .esp file via the built-in mod manager:
1.Go to the Oblivion root folder
2. Click OblivionLauncher.exe
3. Click Data Files
4. Click the checkbox next to Staff of Chucking.esp
