Oblivion is a great game in many ways, superior to later editions such as Skyrim and ESO by way of it's roleplaying aspects. But one thing that always annoyed me was that Oblivion is a game centered around the Daedra. Now, loyal fans and lore-mongers such as myself will be able to tell you that there are countless types of Lesser Daedra. The Shivering Isles even indoctrinated the Knights of Order into the lore, which was neat.

But how come, on a game centered around Daedra, the actual number of Daedra types were so limited? Where are the Vermai, the Herne, the Morphoid Daedra? Where are the Daedra Seducers? The Huntsmen? I'm really disappointed, personally, at the choice the devs made to not expand upon one of the core themes of the game.

That is actually something I seek to address.

What this mod does is fairly simple: It adds the bloody-thirsty, humanoid Daedra known only as the Huntsmen to the Conjurer dungeons. They can spawn with swords, two handed weapons, bows, and magic, so they are not to be trifled with. They will start spawning at level 8.

As an added bonus, the Huntsmen race I created has been balanced to be playable. All you need to do is enter the Construction Set and tick the "Playable" box to be able to play as a Huntsmen. Just be warned, they are kinda based off of Imperials, but with Daedric Resistances, so there's that at least. There just wasn't a whole lot for me to go off of in regards to the Huntsmen.

Be sure to track this mod, I'll keep it up to date as best as I can.

If you think you can help me with my quest to bring as many Lesser Daedra back into Oblivion as possible, hit me up! I'm looking for modelers and texturers specifically!

Compatiblity:

Incompatible with any mods that alter the Conjurer level lists. Use Wrye Bash to make a bashed patch in order to maximize compatibility.
