This will add bonus perks to your character depending on skills and specialization.

Specialization:
combatfortify health 21, fortify fatigue 9
stealthfortify fatigue 21, fortify health 9
magicfortify magicka 30

Skills each:
combat skillsfortify health 7, fortify fatigue 3
stealth skillsfortify fatigue 7, fortify health 3
magic skillsfortify magicka 10

For example:
A warrior with combat specialization and all combat class skills will start with a bonus 70 health and 30 fatigue.
A thief with stealth specialization and all stealth class skills will start with a bonus 70 fatigue and 30 health.
A mage with magic specialization and all magic class skills will start with a bonus 100 magicka.
The rest of the standard classes, and custom classes, will have a variety of bonuses depending on skills and specialization.

Another perk is for combat weapon damage - choosing blade, blunt, and hand to hand will increase weapon damage by 1 each, and combat specialization will also increase weapon damage by 1, for a possible total of +4 damage with weapons.  This is equivalent to two higher material levels for damage.
So classes like warriors, archers, and crusaders will do +4 damage with weapons.
Rogues, Scouts and Battlemages do +2 damage with weapons. Most classes will do +1 damage with a class weapon skill.
Thieves and mages with no weapon skills do no extra damage.
This gives another perk for a class to use multiple attack skills for their class, as well as making the standard classes skill choices make more sense (mostly).
This doesn't update the UI for damage, however it will show under active effects that it's active.

The plugin will automatically apply when loading a game, and will start after choosing a class for a new character.  You can change class mid-game and the settings will update to the new skills and specializations.

This came about as a way to make class skill and specialization matter more, and kind of relate the classes back to Arena how there are slight differences beyond skill for classes.  So mages have more magicka due to specializing in the appropriate skills compared to other classes, and fighter types will have more health.  Thief types can handle fatigue much better than others, as well as have more health that mage types.  It's balanced fairly well, so it plays well with other mods like Ascension and Maskar's Oblivion Overhaul.

This is a standalone version of the class bonuses of a class/race/birthsign overhaul I'm working on.
