About this mod
This mod gives you five new properties to purchase, and three improvements and remodels that can be given to pre-existing structures.
- Permissions and credits
- Donations
The properties are split into two categories: Normal and Exclusive. Normal properties are not too expensive and serve basic functions, exclusive properties are larger properties, refurbishments, or ones that provide more functionality than your average property.
Note: These properties contain non-respawnable containers for players to put their belongings in. If you do see a container that says "(respawns)" then this container DOES respawn and you SHOULD NOT put your belongings inside as they will disappear.
This mod does have changes to Silorn, the Bruma Mages Guild and the Anvil basement. If you have mods that coincide with these properties you can still download this mod, just do not purchase the above properties and it won't interfere with anything.
When you purchase a property it will still have the option appear to buy, however you will either only have the option of saying no or be told you don't have enough gold. Do not panic, you cannot accidentally re-purchase a property. Once a property is bought a quest will be completed, giving you some more detail about the location of the property.
New activators have been added that require certain objects. If you are unsure of what object you need please do leave a comment.
Normal Houses
-Bravil Fisherman's Shack (9,000 gold): Found on the beach outside of Bravil. It's a small shack with storage for the player and a rope spool outside that allows you to fish for crab meat, if you have bait.
-Bard's Abode (11,000 gold): Found south-east down the main road from Chorrol. A nice building with unique items and weapons to suit a bard build, with a statue of Mara and Dibella situated inside.
-Rockwell Priory (20,000 gold): Found East of Fort Alessia, on it's own little island. The priory is suited for a monk build with unique robes provided and different activators.
-Red Ring Camp (2,500 gold): Found north of the Imperial City Prison. A small camp for starter characters, it still has plenty of storage and a fishing spool.
Exclusive Houses
-Silorn (50,000 gold): Found south-east of Skingrad. Once bought this expansive property will provide the player with many different activators for different uses, a private bedroom, personal enchanting and spellmaking rooms, mining and crafting rooms, and three NPCs (two who are merchants, one who is a repair blacksmith). Note: This property will only become available to purchase once Falcar has been killed in the mages guild quest 'Ambush'. Be sure to loot Falcar's body BEFORE you purchase Silorn! Otherwise, his body will disappear and you will not get the quest item you need from his body.
-Weapon Wield Inn (40,000 gold): Found on the roads between Kvatch and Skingrad, not far from the ruin of Miscarcand. This inn contains a respawning lockbox of gold that acts as rent for the three tenants of the inn, it also comes with a servant whom you can order stock from. The player will have their own bedroom and bathroom too. You will enter the role of an innkeeper, without having to be there 24/7.
-Bruma Mages Guild (43,000 gold): This property will become available after the death of Arch-Mage Traven, after the 'Ambush' quest. If you have a Bruma Mages Guild Rebuilt mod then be sure NOT to purchase this property. You will be given separate storage for ingrediants, spell and enchanting stations, a small garden, and an NPC to help you.
-Anvil Basement Refurbished (3,200 gold): This property will become available after the death of the spirit of Lorgren Benirus in the quest 'Where Spirits Have Lease'. Be sure to loot his body and the basement if you want to before you buy this refurbishment. The basement will become cleaned with a bed for followers. It will also be turned into a crafting area for your player, looking more hospitable.
