About this mod
This is a mod that is a work in progress. It changes the skills and Racial Bonuses and Powers, Birthsigns and Powers, and Classes

This mod aims to change Oblivion's skills and hopefully other things to be either like Morrowind or similar.
So far I have changed every skill to either have a different, specialization, skill increase difficulty, description and governing attribute.
- Changes so far that are worth to be noted
- Version 1.0
- All skills that are magic except alchemy, increase by 1.0000 for each use. But this depends on what you're doing with the spell. If you cast it on yourself you get the 1.0000 increase. But if you are casting a target or touch spell but miss you will still get a small 0.2500 increase in leveling the skill up just for casting it. If you hit the target you will get the full 1.0000 increase.
-Blade, Blunt and Marksman all increase by 0.7500 per hit but Hand to Hand increase by 0.8500 per hit due to it being weaker. (The reason why the values aren't high like Morrowind's 1.000, 1.200 is because I feel like Blade, Blunt and Marksman would level up too fast so thats why.
-Hand to hand's governing attribute and specialization are now Speed and Stealth.
-Blocking's governing attribute is now Agility and has a buffed skill increase rate is now 1.8750 and not Morrowind's 2.5000 which would be too fast leveling since blocking doesn't depend on dice rolls anymore.
-Alchemy now increases by 2.0000 per potion made
-Mysticism is now governed by Willpower.
-Security is now governed by Intelligence.
-Heavy Armor and Light Armor both increase per hit taken by 1.0000 instead of 1.5000 or 1.2500
-Speechcraft's 2.4000 increase per minigame has gone down to 1.0000.
-Acrobatic is now governed by Strength and now only increase by 0.1500 per jump.
-Armorer is now governed by Strength and now increases by 0.4000 per use of repair hammers instead of Oblivion's 1.5000

-Races now have 40 Luck, Different Descriptions, Racial Powers and Abilities, Starting Skill Bonuses.
-Birthsigns now have Different Descriptions and New or Edited Powers, Abilities, and Spells.
-Classes now have Different Descriptions, Changed Major Skills, and New Starting Spells.
-Berserker Rage now increases your Strength, Hand to Hand, Blunt and Blade by 50 Points for 60 secs. This makes the skill more like Morrowind's Berserker Rage which originally increased your damage by 100 points.
-Argonians now have a spell to breathe underwater instead of automatic water breathing.
-Dark Elf's Ancestor Guardian is now Ancestor Guardian Sanctuary which lets the player cast Chameleon for 50 Points for a
minute.
-High Elves now have a 25% Weakness to Shock and Frost, 50% Weakness to Fire and Magic, and they now have a +150 Points to Magicka.
-Imperial's Voice of The Emperor now charms 50 Points on target and Star of The West now absorbs 200 Fatigue instead of 100.
-Nord's Nordic Frost power is now Thunder Fist and does 25 now. They also are now fully immune to Frost by 100% and now are 50% resistant to Shock.
-The Apprentice now makes you 50% Weak to Magicka instead of 100% and now increases your Magicka by 150 Points.
-The Atronach now increases your Magicka by 200 Points instead of 150.
-The Lady now increases your Personality by 25 Points instead of Willpower, and increases your Endurance by 25 Points also.
-The Lord makes you 100% Weak to Fire and now Blood of The North restores your Health by 2 Points for 30 secs.
-The Lover gives you a +25 Point Bonus to Agility and Damages youre fatigue by 200 when you use Lover's Kiss.
-The Ritual now has Blessed Touch which Turns Undead by 100 Points for 30 Secs and now Mara's Gift only heals by 100 Points.
-The Serpent now Damages a Target by 3 points for 30 Secs and now Damages yourself by 1 point for 30 secs and it no longer Dispels, Cure Poison, and Damages Fatigue by 100 on Self.
-The Thief now grants the player "Akaviri Danger-Sense" which applies a constant Detect Life in 30 Feet effect and no longer gives a bonus to Agility, Luck and Speed.
-The Tower now grants a new power "Beggar's Nose" which applies a Detect Life in 60 Feet for 120 secs.
-The Warrior now gives you a +10 Point Bonus to Strength, Hand to Hand, Blunt and Blade permanently and no longer grants a bonus to Endurance.
-Class starter spells have changed. Some are Hearth Heal and Fire Bite.
DISCLAIMER: Use this mod is you want to make Oblivion more like Morrowind or just to have a challenge.
COMPATIBILITY: I don't know if this is compatible with mods that overhaul Oblivion like OOO or MOO.
Bugs/Issues: One bug is that certain description text goes over the menu. I recommend used a HUD mod that makes the text smaller. One issue is that certain birthsign dds files are missing so there will be a texture folder for those missing menu icons.
I will try to figure out how to fix the bug but for now please use a HUD mod to make text smaller.
I'll try to work on this and learn some things and hopefully make it more like Morrowind with fatigue and other features.
