What does this add?
===================
The Town Ceremonial Armor adds 9 heavy armor sets to the game. One in each city of Cyrodiil, and featuring their town's flag colors.
There are criteria to obtaining these sets. You must purchase a house in the given city before the local smith will sell one to you, except for Kvatch. The Kvatch Armor will only be available after you have successfully saved it from the Oblivion invasion. It will then be sold by the blacksmith vendor at the refugee camp.
The armors are equal to Daedric in quality, but are substantially more expensive.
Additionally, every set has a set bonus, which is only applied when all 5 parts of the given set is equipped at one time. These minor bonuses are derived from the Town's individual Chapels/Gods, and should not interfere with whatever enchantments you choose to place on the individual parts.

How to Install
==============
Extract the entire contents of the .7z/.rar file into your Oblivion\Data\ folder, and everything should work. Don't forget to enable the .esp from the Data Files menu in your Oblivion launcher.
You can open .7z files in recent versions of WINRAR!
