I had a modding question, how exactly do you set up the waiting period (3-4 days or how long exactly) before the farm is repopulated? I suppose you check for if the quest is ended and the last cell loading stamp? I am a noob at this, but I wanted to do something similar for an ayleyd ruin, where two days after you clear it, one of its interiors is changed to accomodate an NPC.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I setup a new quest and quest script with a variable CompletionDay, the script checks for quest completion and then does a one-time set of CompletionDay to the current game's day (Gotten from GameDaysPassed global variable). Then either in a different script or also in the quest script I check if CompletionDay + 3 is smaller than current GameDaysPassed.
Hello. I'm looking for a mod where you can buy abandoned farms and rent them out, or hire workers to farm and return periodically to collect rent or crops from the workers. My dream is to be a landlord, but I'll try the mod anyway.
The peacefully working peasants and the active Oblivion gate in the background is really funny.
Yes. If you have already completed the quest, you need to visit the exterior/travel to the worldmarker once, then the check is done and a 3-4 days later the new stuff is available.
