As I haven't played Oblivion in quite a while I forgot how much I dislike lockpicking. While I don't want to use cheats I needed to do something about it so here's a barrel filled with a bunch of lockpicks! It's located next to Chestnut Handy Stables outside the Imperial City and it respawns so if you by chance run out you can always go check again.
