Fighters Guild job/Promotion tracking, alternate quest markers for a greater challenge, and many other tweaks.


REQUIREMENTS:
- At least OBSE 16.
- Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp. There is a non-UOP version.


DESCRIPTION:
=== Work Source Tracking ===
- New quest markers for the heads of the Fighters Guild who can give you jobs. This is meant to help keep track of your contracts.
- You will be directed to whoever may have work for you through dialogue and markers.

=== Quest Target Markers ===
- A configurable INI file. The INI settings can be changed during the game.
- If any value is out of the acceptable range, you get a warning to fix it, and processing stops.
- An option to hide many quest target markers for the intended targets, or replace them with generalized markers. This includes the job giver markers.

=== Updated Promotion Process ===
- Added log entries when your rank changes or need a promotion for the next job. In most cases this will apply when you are asking for a job from the current NPC.
- If you don’t have sufficient rank, you will get an entry and the marker will point to the NPCs who can promote you.
- Proactive promotion. There are cases where Azzan and Burz will alert you that you need more rank for Modryn's jobs rather than Modryn doing it.
  -- FGD01Default. You need rank 2 (Journeyman) before Azzan and Burz will send you to Vilena, who sends you to Modryn. If you happen to get promoted by Modryn, you are allowed (but not told to) go to Vilena instead of going back to Azzan or Burz first, per the log entry, then all the way back to Chorrol.
  -- FGD06DeadViranus, "Trolls of Forsaken Mine." You now need rank 7 (Guardian) to get this job, because you will be demoted 2 ranks to Defender, then later restored to Guardian.
  -- FGD07Kidnap, "Information Gathering." You now need rank 8 (Champion) because of Vilena's later dialogue. She strips you of that rank, but then promotes you to Master.

=== Other ===
- Brusef's cermonial armor: Although the armor appears to be a special ebony set, it is assigned to the Light Armor skill. Therefore, I adjusted the weight to be just a bit more than chainmail. It just looks like ebony, but isn't.


INSTALLATION:
- Extract one of the plugins to the Data folder:
  -- Fighters Guild Revised.esp if you have the UOP installed, or
  -- Fighters Guild Revised - no UOP.esp if you don't.
- Extract the Ini folder to the Data folder (the ini file is in the Ini folder).
- If updating from V1.0 or V1.1, just overwrite and continue playing. Extracting the ini file is optional since nothing essential changed in it. Remember to save your INI settings if you do extract it. Since new stages or substages were added for some quests, if those quests are active or completed, they may be missing some entries.


COMPATIBILITY:
- May conflict with other mods that affect FG quests and dialogue. If in doubt, check with TES4Edit and look for conflicts. Feel free to make compatibility patches.


LOAD ORDER:
- Load after Unofficial Oblivion Patch mods, if present.


CHANGE LOG:
V1.0 = Initial release.
V1.1 = Added checking ini values. If out of the acceptable range, you get a warning to fix it and processing stops. Fixed missing notification to see Azzan and Burz (missing logic to handle a rare situation). Several edits to improve fidelity for multiple quests. Due to new stages and substages, entries will disappear if those quests are currently running.
V1.2 = changed finding all of Brusef's armor to Message Box so the quest cannot start early.
