Changes the effects of The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal. I added new effects as well as removed the detect life effect.

I didn't like the base Gray Cowl effects, so I changed them.
I'm not a modder, so feel free to change whatever you like in the CK or I can nerf it if people actually use it.
I wanted to give the enchant effects to match the idea of who or what the Gray Fox is: cunning, sly, stealthy and swift. I personally felt like the detect life portion of it removed the immersion of a thief - why be stealthy if you know who or what is constantly around you?
I probably won't have any help if this messes up anything in your game, but it shouldn't as it's so simple.
As mentioned, feel free to change anything in the CK. If you don't know how to, watch a video it's super simple and actually kind of cool.
My guess is that this will be incompatible with anything that also changes the effects of the Gray Cowl.
The main versions have been changed to quest items. The mage versions have not.
Do note that a stat or two might not appear in the item display menu, but they will be active depending on the version you have.
I also recommend this Gray Cowl reshape mod. It's great.
Pick either the main file or an optional file. Do not use multiple.
