Luna's Woodland Spirits
This mod adds a new custom race: Woodland Spirits. Males and females have different faces and both genders get all hairstyles.
Woodland Spirits are ancient forest guardians with deep connections to Nirn (the planet in Oblivion in case you didn't know what that was). They can cause harvested plants to regrow and summon a black bear for aid. Once a day, they can send their roots deep into the ground to heal themselves while being rooted to the spot. They are tall and thin, and their skin is covered in tree bark.

There are 2 versions of this mod. One requires OBME and one doesn't. The OBME version adds custom spell icons, adds a new version of the Summon Bear effect that can be used at the spell making alter (new so that I didn't have to edit the vanilla version to keep compatibility), and changes the text in a power from Burden to Plant Roots (only for that spell).

Note: I know that Healing Roots is a bit overpowered, but it is a once a day power and you should be stuck in one spot until the effect wears off, so I think it's ok. Also, the vines on the character's arms in the pictures are part of the outfit they are wearing, not part of the race.
