Adds compatibility between Muggrug's Waterfront Overhaul and kenkyaku's Skyrim for Oblivion Crafting mod by changing the location of a few objects.

Muggrug's Waterfront Overhaul and kenkyaku's Skyrim for Oblivion Crafting had a couple of objects that intersected. This mod shifts the crafting area in the Waterfront district to the docks nearby. It's original spot had it clipping through walls and floating in midair. See pictures for location.

version 1.1 - Missed a couple objects. Moved the smelter and it's coal pile, the ore rock, and the cooking pot in the player house.
version 1.0 - Initial upload. Changes location of the crafting area to the docks nearby. Moved around some objects on the docks to fit.
