Removes the items given to you upon creating a new character with UOP or USIP installed.

Both Unofficial Oblivion Patch and Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch give you config items upon starting a new game. This mod stops them from being added to your inventory.
Important Notes:
Overwrites UOPMenuItemAdd and USIPMenuItemAdd with versions that don't have the start game enabled flag set. Doesn't actually remove the quest or the items from the plugin - I'm not gonna lie, I'm still kinda new to modding and I'm scared of breaking things lol
Important Notes:
- This mods requires both Unofficial Oblivion Patch and Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch.
- This does not remove the "Fix Follower Double-Face Bug" spell.
