the weight/height system in oblivion is funny because it squishes predesigned meshes and thus makes them look off
bosmer suffer from this the most, it is almost impossible to make a bosmer look ok in vanilla oblivion due to the squishing, so i've edited the sizes.
Orcs/nords/high elves/imperials/redguards are unchanged
dunmer female had weight jumped to 95 to match males
bretons females are now 1.0 height and 1.0 weight
Wood Elf Males are now .95 in height...remaining shorter than everyone while also being less stubby
wood elf female weight jumped to .95
khajiit females are 1.0/1.0
This should feel basically the same as vanilla...just less random in sizes and squishy
