There's a problem in UOP where if your infamy is 50 or higher, guards and jailors get stuck in the same greeting loop. This mod fixes that. You'll still be able to hear the lines, but it won't be every single time.
Required because it's the base for making this change.

Changelogs
Version 1.1
Changed conditions from GetActorValue Infamy to GetPCInfamy. As a result, UOP is now required.
If you're tired of hearing these same two lines...
"Crime doesn't pay. We have long memories. We won't forget"
"Crime don't pay. My cells is full of fools thinkin' it did. I might just sees ya there soon."
...Then this mod is for you.
All I did was set those 2 lines to random.
