So this is something that has always irritated me. M'aiq is an iconic character in TES, but in Oblivion you barely even get the chance to talk to him because he's constantly running everywhere he goes. For some reason he's made to always run in all his AI packages, this mod makes him walk like a normal person so you can actually talk to him.

Should be compatible with everything if you use a Bashed Patch, load fairly late in your load order.
