About this mod
Makes the differences between races -- be it in attributes, skills, or relations -- larger. The weaker races are now actually weak, and the races with the highest intelligence noticeably so.

Attributes:
In vanilla, the default value for any attribute is 40, with different races having bonuses of +10 or -10 in some of them. Each race has the same total number of attribute points, 320. However, this means that the High Elves, "the most strongly gifted in the arcane arts of all the races", have only 10 more points in intelligence and willpower than the Khajit. And the strong Nords, are only 10 points stronger than Bretons.
I changed the default value to 30, with bonuses of +15 and -15. Each race now has a total number of attribute points of 245, which means that every race was made somewhat weaker. The Wood Elves are now truly weak, while the Nords and Redguards shine in comparison. Similarly, the personality stats of Orcs is now very low, which seems fitting. No changes were made to the Luck attribute.
The decrease in certain races Endurance stat means that surviving with the weaker races now requires playing to their strengths. As a Wood Elf or Khajit, you should be sneaking around and staying at range with a bow. As a Breton or High elf, protect yourself with magic and summon a friend from Oblivion to help. If you want to play a heavy armor tank and bash your enemies skulls with a warhammer, play a Nord or an Orc.
Skills:
In vanilla, each race gets bonuses to skills, some skills getting a bonus of +5, others +10, with the total bonus being 45.
I largely kept the skills the same, but certain skills get large bonuses of +15, with the total bonus now being 60. Now the Dark Elves really are "noted for their skilled and balanced integration of the sword, the bow and destruction magic", with +15 or +10 in each.
Abilities:
The abilities, such as the racial magicka bonuses, resistances, and so on, are kept relatively similar to vanilla, with only their magnitudes increased.
Relations:
In Vanilla, each race has different reactions they get from NPCs, which affects the base disposition with said NPC.
These are pretty small, so I doubled them, and added universal -5s for the beast races. There is a lot of dialogue for when NPCs don't like you, that you should hear more often. Speechcraft should also be more useful now.
All changes and a comparison with vanilla can be seen in the images above.
Vanilla stats for the different races can also be seen here
INSTALLATION:
Very simple. Drag and drop the .esp file into your data folder, and activate it with the game launcher or a mod manager. There are no other required mods. I would not recommend installing/uninstalling in the middle of a playthrough.
UNINSTALLATION:
See above. Just reverse the order of operations. I would not recommend installing/uninstalling in the middle of a playthrough.
COMPATIBILITY:
This mod is most likely not compatible with any mod that changes attributes, skills, abilities, or relations of the different races.
This is my first mod, I appreciate you checking it out! :)
