Removes all warpaints,beards and non vanilla friendly age slider features from oco

OCO is good, but i dont like npcs changing their entire apperance
martin with a beard is unnerving.
so i replaced all of the things with a blank map icon
it will be just like vanilla just an age slider
it will return a look to a lot of vanilla npcs they lost while keeping the quality
it also removed forced stubble overlay so now you're free to make relatively cute males if you desire.
