A Mod to improve the effectiveness of Archery in Oblivion

1) Bow damage is increased by 25% (Vanilla & SI only)
2) Arrow damage is increased by 25% (Vanilla & SI only)
3) Settings applied on game load and configurable by the ini\Nascent - Archery Overhaul.ini
Base speed multiplier of arrows - Increased by 25%

Distance at which an Arrow will travel at optimal speed & trajectory ( The distance at which an NPC will shoot from- Increased by 25%

The Design principle of this Mod is for Gamers that want to fine tune various aspects of the game without using a "change everything" overhaul.
Recommended:- This can be used in conjunction with Attribute-based and skill-based damage modifiers, I personally set the newWeaponDamageMultiplier to 3.0 (See the mods details/ini file for a further understanding). Note this also effects the cost & damage of spells which can be disabled if desired.
