Adds two simple wine cellars to Tamika's and Surilie Brothers' houses in Skingrad

This mod simply adds a trapdoor leading to a wine cellar in the basements of Tamika's House and Surilie Brothers' House in Skingrad.
Here's the reason for this mod:
When I was exploring Skingrad for the first time. I noticed that the makers of Tamika's West Weald Wine and Surilie Brothers Wine resided there. Being the little thief I am, I decided to wait till dark with the plan to ransack their homes and steal a bunch of wine to sell off and make some quick coin. I had assumed they would have tons of bottles in a cellar or something because come on, they are the sole makers of it so it's safe to assume they would have a ton in storage waiting to be sold. Then to my surprise, as I'm in the middle of my robbery I can not find but a single bottle of their wine in a cupboard. I felt cheated and a little confused as to how they don't have any of their wine laying around or at very least a proper storage area for their product. So I decided to right this wrong and give each of them a cellar full of their wine and a place to store it.

- Added a barrel with respawning wines
- Added a crate with respawning misc items
- Added some lighting
- Added a few sacks with respawning ingredients
- Added a few misc items placed around the room to make the room look fuller.
(All of the containers are respawning, which means it is not safe to store items in them as your items will despawn when the containers reset. This also means that even if you take all of the wines off the racks, it is still worth coming to the cellars every so often as you can loot the items from the containers when they reset, which is generally every three in game days or so.)
Both the Surilie Brothers' and Tamika's wine cellars are near identical aside from Surilie's having their brand wine in it and Tamika's having her brand.
