A mod that makes most trainers offer services if they are awake

This mod forces trainers to offer training unless they are sleeping. Some of them are available all the time.
It attempts to solve a bug caused by schedule errors forcing NPCs to do actions preventing them from training the player.
For example, if you enter the Anvil Mages guild between 9 and 12 am and see a breton in red outfit who usually offers destruction training walking around, there is no chance you can force him to sit which is the only condition in which he offers training. He keeps standing up the moment you stop waiting. A similar problem affects some mages in other guild halls who are only available for training if they stand in a certain area so you have to slowly push them there and waiting doesn't help at all.
Apart from that, most thief skill trainers have a very short span of availability and are prone to schedule bugs. Now most of them are changed to be always available for training.
The mod doesn't change the NPC schedule, but makes them available for training much more often than in vanilla.
