Peaceful Waters Title Menu Song Replacement is a file replacer for the music that plays on the main menu. This mod uses Jeremy Soule's "Peaceful Waters" from the Morrowind soundtrack. This was largely inspired by this title menu replacer, as Peaceful Waters fits the theme better than the vanilla title song, and it blends well with the ambient sounds in the Calm Waters video.
I have cut the song in Audacity to closer match the duration of the vanilla song (~1m48s) to avoid any potential issues. I couldn't get the game to play the song if I made it longer, it would just default to a random song every load. Depending on your speakers, it may be difficult to hear at first (the song is peaceful), but it sounds great with headphones (or increased volume). I have also added a fade-out at the end to make the loop less jarring and noticeable.
==Install== 1.) Backup your "tes4title.mp3" file in Data\Music\Special.
2.) Extract the .zip contents to your main Oblivion folder (not the Data folder). The archive directory is already set how it needs to be, so installation is just a drag-n-drop. You can manually place the .mp3 if you wish, but the effect will be the same. In either case, overwrite when (or if) prompted.
==Uninstall== 1.) Delete the "tes4title.mp3" file and replace it with your backup copy.
Formatted as .mp3 Bitrate is 320kbps Sampling frequency is 44100hz
