Refurbishes Cropsford to make it a proper farmstead

Welcome to the 55th installment to my Oblivion Immersion Series.  The Cropsford quest, alongside the  is one of the few times where your actions cause your game world to evolve in response to your adventures.  You solve the goblin problem, you wait several weeks, the farm undergoes various stages of construction, and you see the fruits of your labor in the form of the completed settlement for the Bincal family.  So it's too bad that the crops planted at Cropford consist of only a few stalks of wheat and corn.  How is this supposed to be a real farm if they can't even feed themselves?  It isn't like they can just hop over to the grocery store for their bread, eggs, and milk.  My neighbors growing tomatoes on their apartment patios make a more convincing attempt at agriculture.

This mod expands the settlement with a barn, animals, fruit trees, and a large vegetable garden that appears once the final vanilla stage of construction is met.  Now the Bincals have any actually prosperous farm!  This mod comes in two versions.  Use only one of them depending on your needs:  

Version A is designed for if you have not completed the Cropsford quest yet or its final construction has not been completed yet.  It uses the same delayed-spawning trick as the vanilla Cropsford buildings and crops, so the the changes will only spawn in once the last construction phase has been completed.  

Version B is designed for those where the farm has already been completely built after completing the Cropsford quest.  There are no delays on the new additions, so all changes will appear immediately.

Known Issues
===========

I generally advise staying away Cropsford at least three days to give the cells the time to reset, because otherwise the animals may not spawn in properly.
