Intelligence now gives 3 magicka per point instead of 2, and racial and birthsign bonuses give half as much magicka.
The result is that characters will no longer get the majority of their magicka from their race/birthsign, and one may become a competent mage by leveling intelligence even if they didn't choose to have a huge magicka bonus at level 1. Hopefully, this makes leveling intelligence more important and rewarding, and allows for more freedom in character building.
Dunmer now also get +25 magicka to better fit how they're described.
Let me know if you have any suggestions for changes for technical or balance reasons, I'm open to all of them. Installation: Unzip the ESP into your Data folder and activate it in your mod manager. You may need to use the showbirthsignmenu command to get the correct magicka bonuses if you're loading an old save with this, but with new characters this should be unnecessary.
