A Kvatchcount Classic, revamped and refurbished, ready for the modern age.
OK. I know, I know. I already did this. So, why do it again? Well, it's simple. In an effort to refurbish my old mods (Highwaycats and Kvatch Militia excluded, the former because it's fine the way it is and the latter because I just don't want to deal with the mess that already was), Shivering Isles Travelers was next on my list. There was some glaring issues with that so I decided to go ahead and refurbish it, so here we are.
What this mod does is add several Manics and Demented people that will wander the various settlements in their respective areas (unless their AI deems walking the opposite side of the map faster). With randomized loot, equipment - including, now, durable weapons and Silver weapons, this mod is a heavy step above the original iteration.
