Overhauls Count Janus Hassildor with many improvements.

So you all know Count Janus Hassildor, correct? Count Skingrad? The vampire count? Of course you know him.
Well, one thing always irked me with him... Why on earth was he shoddily made? For instanceveryone Count in Oblivion has a bodyguard, why doesn't Count Hassildor? Why is the side door to his manor unguarded 24/7? Why does he show up in Ulterior Motives using just his fists and the rich shirt on his back? This mod seeks to change that by doing the following:
- Count Janus Hassildor now has a bodyguard that will stand guard outside the main entrance to his manor and shadow him whenever he leaves said manor.
- Count Janus Hassildor now has an Ebony Shortsword, as befitting a vampiric noble of the Empire.
- Two guards now alternate shifts outside the side entrance to his manor.
- Count Janus Hassildor now has access to some basic shock spells and an absorb health spell.
- Count Janus Hassildor will bring one guard along when he comes to save you in Ulterior Motives, as well as his bodyguard.
- Count Janus Hassildor will also wear a black hood during Ulterior Motives to conceal himself when on the move at 2 in the morning.
