This is a very basic mod that adds a small alchemist's shack outside of Leyawiin, outside of the Northeast gate. Containers don't respawn and are safe to use, the house is available to the player from the start of the game. This mod contains no new textures or meshes. I also added a sheep inside to feel less lonely.
