There are so many little annoying things with this game that just shouldn't have been there, or should've been added (in my opinion of course,) so I have to download mods to fix everything, and if there is no mod for it I have to fix it myself.

One thing I thought was really strange was that you meet an NPC, doesn't like you at all. Why should I do the persuasion game on every NPC? I don't want to!
Anyway, that NPC even though she doesn't like you, she still has a very personal secret problem, and she wishes you would solve it for her, right after she told you to sod off. Ok, you go and solve this very sensitive personal thing for her. After you are done, she spits in your face anyway.

Now with this mod installed, a script checks who you talk to. After you leave the dialogue menu, it checks if you have finished a quest (quests usually finishes right after you have returned to the quest giver and reported.) If the actor's disposition towards you hasn't changed because of faction promotion or because the quest was made that way, the script will make it go up.

If you do more quests that you finish with this actor, the disposition will go up every time, but less every time. Default is 12 the first time, then 6, then 3, then 2 for every quest that follows.

You can edit the 12 by editing the ini (which has the same name as the modfile, and is in the game's ini folder) to any number.

Variation 1:
Download file
Drop it into the installers tab in Wrye Bash
Right click the file, choose "install"
Mark QuestsMakeFriends.esp in the mods tab

Variation 2:
Download file
Open file in 7zip
Drag [Data]-folder from file into /Oblivion folder
Start Oblivion Launcher
Activate QuestsMakeFriends.esp in the Data Files section
