A purist "balancing" of some races, classes and birthsign. It does not change vanilla bonuses, but tweak the weakest ones (except for the Bretons, their resistance is really too much). All the worst birthsigns/race still worst. Maybe that's Todd's intention, but now they're not so terrible. Works on midgame.

I made these tweaks to play with Ascension or vanilla game.

Birthsigns
Apprentice: Weakness to Magicka change from 100% to 50%.
The Lord: +10 Endurance.
The Shadow: +10 Agility.
The Tower: Reflect Damage change from 5 to 10 and add +10 to Willpower.
Ritual: +10 Strength.
Lover: +10 Personality.
The Serpent: +10 Luck.

Races
Imperials: Now the Star of the West absorbs 100 Fatigue and Magic on touch.
Bosmer: The Beast Tongue change from 60 to 180 s.
Khajiit: Now the Eye of Night – casts Night-Eye for 60 seconds and Detect Life 30 ft for 60 secs.
Bretons: Resist Magic reduced from 50% to 25%.
High Elf: Resist Disease from 75% to 50%.

Installation
Add the file to your data folder and check in the game launcher or your mod manager of choice. This mod requires xOBSE.
