About this mod
The town is on the silver road just south of dragonclaw rock, with a fighters guild smithy, shop, mages guild outpost, house for sale and an operational mine. Services include merchants, repair and recharge services. All ore veins in the mine respawn, and miners use fine rockpick hoes to mine (similar to sundercliff watch). Cleaned w/ TESedit.

All NPCs have full daily schedules. Svana and Shazra visit Castle Bruma each week. Note: All NPCs will head indoors during the Battle of Bruma.

-Reduced house price and removed basement doors; everything is freely accessible upon purchasing the house, though spell/enchant altars will be magically locked until you can access the arcane university.
