Description:
YOU NEED TO DISABLE THE CYRODIIL BORDER
This mod adds a new player home and a quest. 
This is my take on a Wizard Tower Home. I know there are already some Tower Homes on Nexus but they didn't really "satisfy my soul" (hehehe).
Don't misunderstand me, those player homes were great but according to my taste they were either too "flashy" or not practical enough. So I decided to built my own Wizard Tower and for archive purpose to post it here on Nexus so other players could enjoy it. However in the making I ended up building an entire secret base so you could roleplay as the coolest Wizard of Cyrodiil.
The Wizard Tower encompasses a player Home (Duh) with a master bedroom, an alchemy laboratory, a spell making laboratory, a chapel and much more...
So by owning this marvellous player home (cheap marketing here) you'll get to use an enchanting and a spell making altars, many containers. And some unique spells. Among those spells you'll get five original creatures summon spells and among those five spells two will be mounts. All those creatures won't die and will assist you during battle, however may flee when taking too much damage. Once summon most of the creatures will remain with you but you can order them to stay at any given places or to follow you anywhere you see fit. Those commands are very immersive as you only need to activate the creature for it to either follow you or to wander/stay (if already following). Note that for the mount you'll have to sneak before activating the creature to order it to stay or follow. If you don't sneak before activating the mount...you'll mount the creature (quite logical). If you loose your creature companion/mount you'll get the summoning spell that summon the creature/mount at your side at any given time. One of the two mounts can carry items for you. To use this ability you just need to press the "I" key, and an inventory will open allowing you to make your mount carry whatever you want whenever you want. Moreover I made a small quest allowing you to enveil the dark secret of the Tower. There are plenty other surprises for you to find so have fun.

See the screenshot that I posted. The Tower is fairly easy to find. It's on the border of Cyrodiil and Hammerfell straigth left/west to the "N" of ColoviaN

Compatibility:
Fully compatible with all mods. Except the ones that place something at the very spot of my mod

Requirement:
You need Obse v20 or above to run this mod. You also need to disable your Cyrodiil Border

Changelog:
Latest version is v50: fixes the paralysis bug when your animal companions were forever paralyzed. Now they no longer will be. Improved the overall look of the Tower's exterior.

Installation:
Expand the archive file into your Oblivion\ folder and allow to overwrite folders when prompted. Otherwise be smart and use a Mod Manager like Wrye-Bash
