The enchanting system on Oblivion is great. Only one problem.
Souls are weak.
This was done by the developers to encourage the player to seek out Sigil Stones and explore the Deadlands.
But what if I've already closed all the gates? What if I get new gear?
The download includes three files.
2x, 4x, and 8x. This doesn't just buff soul gems, it also allows for greater enchantment size without the "this enchantment is too powerful for this soul gem" bullshit.
I suck at math so I may have gotten some of the values wrong. If this is the case, let me know.
If you want to know how I did this, all of the edits were made in the Game Settings tab in the CS.
