A little remake of basement in Benirus Manor in Anvil. Shorter way to a secret chamber, no bones, more candles and furniture.

A little remake of basement in Benirus Manor in Anvil.
I deleted some rooms and stairs that were completely unnecessary. Now there's just a straight staircase down there, then one normal basement room, then a secret chamber.
The secret chamber is now cleared of bones and coffins. Instead I put some candles, candelabra, tables, even a bed to rest between magic experiments.
Version 2.0 - I fixed some candelabra and furniture that were slightly levitating in the air.
!! Warning !! install only after completing the ghost quest, or it will be impossible to complete this quest.
