Installation
You can download this mod using OBMM. However there are a few additional changes to make. Go to your oblivion INI file and change fStaticScreenWaitTime to 0. Also go in to Data/Video and delete 'Oblivion iv logo.bik' and make a backup of the things you change because I didn't. Now I am stuck on wilburger 24/7 and have no way out of this suffering. It was great at first but then I began to miss the oblivion theme. I have made sacrifices for this mod, idk if its worth it. But here is the mod, enjoy. Its also my first mod and was made with knowledge gathered in an hour, so don't expect a masterpiece.
