Adds a companion at Shetcombe Farm with some fun features

Requirements
Permissions and credits
A young lady has moved into the abandoned SHETCOMBE FARM, and has her own white horse. She can be a companion and will follow you or you can follow her on her own adventures. She will live in whatever location you leave her at, with standard eating and sleeping schedules, while at other times she will relax in everyday clothing if left inside or will explore a large area with weapons and armour equipped if left outside.

Note: It probably DOESN'T require the Shivering Isles expansion if you don't want the dance feature, as that is all it is used for, and the modification might work fine without it. But this modification will also prevent the Shivering Isles dancer from dancing (unless you also have the 'King Of Madness' modification installed). The only game change made is changing the conditions for the dance animation, so it should be very compatible with other modifications.

Crouch when talking to Ella to access her inventory - you can also do this during combat, and it will provide a brief opportunity to talk to her as well. This will also cause her to drop any items she is holding. If she only pretends to shoot her arrows then causing her to drop her bow and then picking it up again by herself should cause her to start using them. But she always has the same amount so you don't need to give her more arrows, and she will also repair or replace all of her standard equipment herself if you ask her.

Ella will occasionally make comments to herself, and she will also say much more frequent romantic comments to you if you stand extremely close to her for a while. You can also ask what she thinks about your current plans. She will either agree or disagree in a variety of ways. The first time you talk to her you will get a quest marker to allow you to find her. If you make her dislike you then she may not be very cooperative, so talk to her kindly or give her money.

If you ask Ella to do something you will get a list of choices. Different choices will become available in different situations, for example if you are lost inside some caves or something you will have the option to ask Ella to lead you to an exit. She will usually continue to do what you ask until either she has completed it or until you speak to her again. If you take her hunting she will search for food nearby or else will hunt wild animals, or she may try to steal food and drink - even from Imperial guards! She will sneak with you and may sit and eat with you. She will only occasionally provide her own drink so you'll need to give her supplies or take her hunting to prevent her from stealing from an inn or something (or distract anyone watching her!) She won't mind if you steal either though. Her adventures will lead you to the entrance to places she'd like to explore. Once you've reached one she will stop and lead you to another next time, it's up to you if you want to go inside or how far you go. She will collect a stack of souvenirs to keep track of which places she has been to, so remove them if you want her to take you back to previous places. She only has a short list of places and won't offer any more if she runs out.

If you are following Ella and she runs or rides off ahead to somewhere you can't get to, either wait or turn back and go the other way. When she gets too far away she should return to you. You can fight with her for fun or training and she will accept your yield, but hurting her makes her like you less. If she seems to die she is only playing dead - crouch while talking to her to revive her.
