My PC died recently. As such, I can no longer run Oblivion and thereby test/fix any bugs that may crop up in the future.

I'm sorry I can't be of any help with any problems you may have come to this page in the hopes of fixing.

If you're interesting in fixing/reuploading the mod should a bug appear in the future; I have had the permissions on this mod set to be as lax as possible from the beginning; so feel free (and thank you).

I keep activating the tray and it kinda has a hard time responding i think it may need a little tweeking to give you the reward for the figures so I don't stand there clicking on the tray over and over again.

Just a little bit of a heads up I have trouble putting the figures on the platform and it seems to take a while for transaction to happen other then that this is a great mod, keep up the good work.

Could you please consider an option to only add [somewhat expensive] fingers to ringleaders / marauder bosses only?

      That's a cool idea!

This mod is already quite brutal...(in for a penny though) and this would be pushing it, but it would be cool if one could turn in the leader's heads xD

z0mba > Great mod. Would you consider adding more finger-returning trays in other locations, like one in each major city.

Whenever I try to enable the mod I get a "This is not a valid oblivion plugin or master file" error.

Never had this issue in 12 years wtf

I've also never heard of this issue before.
Wish I knew what course of action to recommend.
Can you tell me which .ESP you were trying to activate?
EDIT: After a short google search it seems to usually depend on how the .ESP was being activated. Could you also tell me what Mod Manager you're using (If any) or if you're activating it through Oblivion's launcher?

Initially I was using vortex but then I also tried it manually just placing it into the right folder and activating in data files (modding before mod managers existed) and neither worked.
It wouldnt let me enable any version of the mod. I did 50gp first though.

Every other mod still enables just fine.
Google tried telling me it was due to the where my Oblivion install was but surely that would effect all mods not just a specific one.
      Confused AF

You're not the only confused one.
I have zero idea what could be causing this.
This mod is a pretty simple one, it just adds a MISC item, an activator, and a single basic script.
If I had to guess, this is probably just some weird inconsistency between game versions and download platforms. I'll look into it a while longer and see If I can figure something out.

Please don't go to too much trouble for me, I'll manage without the mod, just thought it was worth a go to be akin to Fallout 3's bandit finger bounty thing.

Could be a corrupted download.  try download again reinstall again.  Also check to see that the file extension (.esp) has not be altered.

I was able to replicate the problem on a fresh install, however I still have no idea how it occurs.
Trying to activate an .ESP in oblivion's launcher indeed causes problems, however it still seems to work fine with NMM and OBMM. I'd recommended using one of the two to manage oblivion .ESP toggling anyway, since oblivion's launcher can get messy with OBSE mods (though this isn't one).

As for making it toggleable in Oblivion's launcher, I have no idea how to go about it.

Use Wrye Bash or MO2 to activate mods. The Oblivion Launcher is hopeless.

For those using Wrye Bash, the {{BASH:Invent.Add}} tag will help with the bashed patch.

The mod works perfectly. Considering all the Bandits I run into in my MOO and Bandit addled game - this makes all the work pay off.

i love the idea behind this mod, its actually a great idea! 2 things though, one would it be possible to lower each finger reward amount to lets say 10? And the other is a conflict in the dialogue topic with Better Dungeons mod. You said youve remove the tampering and ive deleted it on my end and it seems to cause no issues on my end but is it needed to have still?

    Edit: Endorsed!

Give me an hour or two, my guy. Just started on a remake of the mod so that the tampering will go from deleted to nonexistent. I'll also toss up some variable .ESPs so that you can toggle what amount you want per finger.

Thanks for the praise man, the remade version is up now.
There shouldn't be anymore issues. (Hopefully)
Just make sure to cash in any fingers you have on you before updating since they won't carry over.

Tried it out for a bit, killed many bandits and turned their fingers in. Everything works great and I see 0 compatibility issues in xedit. Thanks again!
