Better Underwater & Night-Eye for OR
Are you using Oblivion Reloaded or ORL and just wished you could have a better night-eye than that vanilla, blue-tinted mess? Did you ever go underwater and struggle to see anything with OR's underwater feature on? Through much patience, trial-and-error, and using every last of my zero-brain-cells, I present to you exactly what you need: better shaders!

Aninomouse's Night-Eye Shaders
I made some shaders for Oblivion Reloaded's night-eye feature, since the other night-eye mods that I tried made my game crash on startup while using OR.

Options include a Colored version and a Gray version, which is like the color version but with a slight gray tint.
For each version, there are varying brightness levels (100 being the highest). Choose one you like best.

(In the color version, I also included an older version that I used before making the new colored ones. The newer ones are better so I recommend trying those out first.)

Aninomouse's Underwater Shaders
Changed shader for the underwater effect in OR/ORL. There are several options:

Gameplay-Oriented - This sets the brightness at a high level for dawn, dusk, night time, and dungeons underwater. It will remove the sunray effect during dawn/dusk, and the brightness transitions are noticeable in favor of high levels of visibility and light. Although, it may still be a little dark during overcast, rainy or stormy weather, or the first few minutes of dawn. This option is for people who don't want to bother with night-eye or light spells and just want a good time.

Immersion-Oriented - This keeps it relatively dark with as smooth transitions as I could make from day to night. The brightness is still higher than default OR/ORL to make it believable as well as allow for night-eye to work underwater a lot better. For people who want both visibility underwater and immersion.

Immersion Oriented (Less Turbid) - Just like Immersion-Oriented but makes it slightly less foggy. Recommended to use with an underwater blur mod such as Muji90's Underwater Blur, or for people who just want a little less fog in their Immersion-Oriented version.

Balanced -  A balance between Gameplay and Immersion. It increases brightness but not too much. You can see somewhat at dawn, dusk, night time, and dungeons but night-eye and light spells will still be of help. I tried to make the transitions for outdoor times as subtle as possible. For those who want a middle ground between Gameplay and Immersion.

Vingette Versions -  There are also alternative versions to the ones above which darkens the corners and applies a vingette-like effect to your outdoor underwater experience. Only applies outdoors and also makes it slightly darker compared to the normal versions. (Main file not required.)

Choose one you like best.

Installation

To install, use your favorite mod manager such as Wrye Bash. Place it in the installers tab and choose the version of the shader you want. Make sure it is placed after Oblivion Reloaded/ORL! Uninstalling should be as simple as right-clicking the mod and clicking uninstall.

If you're using the Better Underwater shader, make sure to sort your load order and merge UnderwaterFogBegone.esp into your Bashed Patch.

(Manual install method (NOT recommended!!! Really mod manager and sorter tools will save your life!!!!!): For night-eye, go to your Oblivion directory, then Data\Shaders\OblivionReloaded\NightEye. You can rename "NIGHTEYE000.pso.hlsl" and "NIGHTEYE000.pso" to something like "NIGHTEYE000.pso.hlsl.bak" and "NIGHTEYE000.pso.bak" but this is optional.  Then drag the files from the mod into your Data folder and overwrite the files when asked. For underwater, go to your Oblivion directory, then Data\Shaders\OblivionReloaded\Water. You can rename "Underwater.fx.hlsl" and "Underwater.fx" to something like "Underwater.fx.hlsl.bak" and "Underwater.fx.bak" but this is optional. Then drag the files from the mod into your Data folder and overwrite the files when asked. Make sure UnderwaterFogBegone.esp is sorted and selected too.
To uninstall, delete the files mentioned above if you installed them, then rename your backups back into their original file names, or you can also get them back from OR/ORL's original mod files.)

Compatability
The Night-Eye shaders should be compatible with every version of OR/ORL that supports it, provided there are no significant changes to future versions of date.

The Better Underwater shaders has currently only been tested with ORL37, but it should work with other versions. Some versions of OR that are more up-to-date include the "RemoveUnderwater=1" in the OblivionReloaded.ini file, which means you don't need to install UnderwaterFogBegone.esp, (To do this, simply deselect the esp before installing Better Underwater in the installers tab.) as setting it to 1 removes the underwater vanilla fog.

Recommended Mods/Guides
Seriously HDR -  Configs for OR I currently use this mod's Water.ini settings, as well as other features from this mod.

Oooiii's modding guide and modlist for Oblivion I really learned a lot from this modguide on how to manage and install mods for Oblivion. I recommend.

Bevilex's modlist and modding guide for Oblivion Although not as extensive as Oooiii's guide when it comes to teaching modding skills/knowledge, it's a good modlist for graphics enhancement.
