Fort Naso has been lost to wildlife, brigands and maybe worse. The count of Cheydinhal however, may be thinking about changing that.
To receive the quest involving Fort Naso, Garrus Darelliun has to be alive and you need to have 10 or more fame. If you fulfill both requirements, you will be contacted while you spend time in Cheydinhal. (If Garrus is dead, you can still start and complete the quest in a different way, though.)
Alternate version without quest is available as well.
