      1) All dds files is equal to original format and has original compression
      2) Corrected upscaled alpha channels
      3) Corrected upscaled normal maps (no heights issues)
      4) True 4x normal maps
      5) No vectorising effects

<Q> Some textures not upscaled?  
<A>     
      1) Textures, that size < 64x64 not upscaled and not include to texture pack
      2) Also skipped textures from folders: Menus, Menus50, Menus75, Menus80  (actual for Oblivion: UI textures is strict size)

Install order:
1) Install textures via mod manager or just unpack and place to Oblivion data (version from downloader)

2) Install updates and loading screens textures

3) Use OBL_EGL-VK_Launcher.exe
(EGL is new render complex with no x86 memory limits)

(!) Use latest winrar version to unpack (128mb dictionary used) or 7z
