About this mod
A simple retexture of Azura's Star to make it look more like the one in Skyrim. The blue texture is one of the textures from Saerileth's dragon claw mod in skyrim, credit goes to her for the texture, I simply used it with her permission and recolored it to use for this simple project.

UPDATE
Thanks to ElderScrollsFan001 there is now a glowing version of this retxture. The glow will show up in low lighting, predominately when inside, not outside (I'll work on this some more but this is my first real mod so bare with me)
to install just drop into the correct folders
Installation
Copy the files into your data>textures>clutter folder
Uninstallation
Delete added files
Conflicts
None that I know of
