This is yet another overhaul of Oblivion's vampirism system. There are new spells, progression systems, and abilities, all while maintaining the original feel of Oblivion's vampires. You are also given a greater power that allows you to take the heart of a dead humanoid (this works for all players, non-vampires included). This likely does require the Vile Lair addon, since the purgeblood salts script was altered.

Player vampires are granted the following abilities to start with. I did not alter NPC vampires to prevent conflicts with other mods that alter them.
-Resist Disease 100%
-Resist Paralysis 100%
-Resist Poison 100%
-Waterbreathing

Vampires are also granted the following spells immediately:
-Hunter's Sight: A toggleable Night-eye with Detect Life
-Mortal's Disguise: A toggleable effect that removes the "vampirism" effect from your character; this removes all visual signs of being a vampire, but you keep all the other spell effects (including sun damage if it's active). This is purely cosmetic as it stands.

After that, vampires are given more powers and abilities based on three factors: hunger, age, and devotion to a daedric prince. To keep things brief here and prevent spoilers, I have put all the specific details for each of these factors in the readme.

-Hunger-
Hunger works the same way it did it the vanilla game, but you get different abilities based on how hungry you are. At full, you have a small boost to personality; however, as you get hungrier, you will begin to take more sun damage but will receive a constant shield effect to reduce physical damage to you.

-Age-
Age acts separately from hunger in this mod. You will gain better abilities and powers based on how many in-game days you spend as a vampire. There are six stages for age, and each one comes with a new power (listed in the readme). You can also reset your age either by curing your vampirism and regaining it, or by using the "Potion of Vampiric Youth."
-Difficulty
This mod also has three "difficulty" mods. These are related to how long it takes to advance the age stages. I won't list the exact days for each stage, but to reach the maximum stage, the days are 45 for easy, 70 for moderate, and 120 for hard.

-Daedric Princes-
As a vampire, you have the option to devote yourself to one of two Daedric princes: Molag Bal or Clavicus Vile. Each one has different fame/infamy requirements for their stages, and each one grants different powers and abilities; Clavicus Vile's gifts focus more on magicka and personality buffs, while Molag Bal focuses on Strength and combative buffs. (again, specifics are in the readme)

-Potions-
There are several new potions that can be bought or made in this mod, including: Bottled Blood, Animal Blood, Stale Blood, Potions of Mortality, Vampirism, and Vampiric Youth. Additionally, the "Human Blood" potion and the "Vampire Cure Potion" (for the quest) have been altered slightly to fit with the mod (Drinking "Human Blood" now counts as feeding).

To get the full effects of this mod, visit the Storage Cave under the Talos Bridge (between the Imperial City and Weye). Inside, you will find a vampire selling the new potions and two altars.

I'm still relatively new to modding and this was originally just a private project. It's mostly what I wanted from a vampire playthrough, but I still appreciate any notes you may have, so feel free to tell me what you think!

Installing Mid-Playthrough:
For non-vampire characters, installing mid-playthrough seems to work fine (even if you've already cured your vampirism, you can still get the disease again).
For vampire characters, this mod will cause issues if installed. To prevent this, cure your character of vampirism, make a save, then install the mod. From there, you'll be able to re-contract vampirism with the mod functioning as intended.
