There are other wig tutorials out there, but I just thought I'd share my workflow when converting modded Skyrim hairs to Oblivion wigs. I've tried to make this as beginner-friendly as possible, but knowledge of nifskope, blender 2.49 and the construction set will make it a lot easier. There are pictures!
Most of the credit goes to Maniac, whose 'Converting Hair to a Rigged Wig' tutorial I based this on, and Chakaru11, whose wig mod I used to make my own. Please remember that you shouldn't share ported hairs without the permission of the original authors.
