Several of the destruction spells in Nehrim have poor scaling, especially ones such as blizzard and firebite.
Fireball was used as a basis to rebalance the damage of weaker spells, based on its Magicka to damage ratio. For example, Fireball (Rank I) does an average of 2.235 damage per point of Magicka in the construction set. All spells with a lower ratio than this were scaled up to meet this standard. This value changes however at higher magic ranks, such as fireball (Rank II) dealing 2.033 damage per point of Magicka and so forth.
Additionally, each element now has a minor additional effect.
Shock: Damages target’s Magicka and applies a short weakness to magic Frost: Damages the targets fatigue Fire: Deals additional damage Damage Life: Drains the target's strength and endurance attributes.

Nehrim (This was built upon the new steam version that was released on June 12, 2020. It may not work on the previous versions)
Installation
It's just an esp file. Simply extract it to the oblivion data folder or add the zip file through oblivion mod manager
