Arbitrarily trying to find the root of a problem, i found that Scorn's Vampire Class contained a bit of problems w/ the CS. I elected to correct all, one which is a major fix. If you like playing a vampire, i consider this a must have.

Scorn's Vampirism treats vampirism as a class for the PC. You gain special abilities with gained vampirism experience. A custom class if you wish. This is a fix for many problems the Construction Set threw up.
If you're already using Scorn's Vampirism, the changes i have made will reset and void any objects (human blood, daedra blood ... etc) back to 0. It was a naming convention problem, ie. 0Human_Blood -> SHuman_Blood. The numeric naming convention isn't appropriate, especially for a starting name.
The main file is erred, it was missing a "end" statement for a condition command. i'm not sure how the author managed to compile the files ... any who, this fixes that problem and makes the ... overhaul i guess, more stable.
