About this mod
Adds 2 new followers to New Sheoth that you can also make Duke/Duchess.
Expands the palace and better connects it from the inside.
Adds 1 questline for earning the loyalty of one of the new Dukes.

Time for new dukes!
Have you ever wondered why after finishing the Shivering Isles questline the House of Dementia & Mania remain empty?
Is it truly the solemn duty of the Madgod to listen to all the complaints and pleas of the Isle's residents?
Well wonder no more! Now you can ask two prominent heroes in New Sheoth to become your new Duke and Duchess.
They will move into the palace and start their daily routines. Talk to Haskill to begin the quest!
The heroes added by this mod are also followers before and after you promote them to their office. However after they become nobles they will also have 2 escorts (Golden Saints or Dark Seducers) following them whenever you require them to tack along.
The mod also expands the palace from the inside. For now the focus is on Thadon's and Syl's quarters that have been expanded and there is a new center area between the quarters that connects them with each other.
Features:
-Palace additions:
-Thadon's quarters has a new trophy hall
-Thadon's quarters has a new spellmaking room
-Syl's quarters has a new bathing/library room
-Syl's quarters has a new enchanting room
-Syl's quarters has a small workroom
-Both Thadon's and Syl's quarters have a door to a new center area. I plan to add a room for Sheogorath (you) here.
-House of Mania has a "guest room" with a laboratory related to a quest
-Two new dukes:
-"Hero of Dementia" is a male warrior wandering in the middle of the Crucible.
-Iiredilwe Elsinthar (Hero of Mania) is a female battlemage wandering near the Bliss main gate.
-Both Heroes can be asked to become your new Dukes after which they start their daily routine.
-Both Heroes can be asked to join you in your adventures. Commands include the basic "Follow", "Wait" and "Dismiss".
-New quest(s)
-Saving Siblings: Earn the loyalty of Iiredilwe before you can name her your new Duchess.
--> Quest involves a prelude to an upcoming larger questline.
-Other characters:
-Angollon Elsinthar, brother of Iiredilwe.
-Golden Saint bodyguard for the Hero of Mania that escorts her to the Sacellum everyday.
Also follows her if you tell the Duchess to follow you.
-Another generic Golden Saint that also accompanies the Duchess to the Sacellum.
Stays in the House of Mania most of the time.
Also escorts her if you tell the Duchess to follow you.
-Two new generic Dark Seducers guarding the House of Dementia.
Both of them join the Duke of Dementia whenever you order him to join you.
Installation:
Vortex or manually place the .esp and folders "Meshes" & "Textures" to you Oblivion/Data folder.
Required mods:
None so far. Might add OOO later.
Recommended mods:

-OOO Shivering Isles
-Elys Universal Silent Voice
Conflicts:
Might conflict with anything that changes the palace. So far I don't know any mods other than USIP and OOO SI that do and I created the mod with compatibility in mind.
Might collide with anything that changes the SEWorld Breakneckcamp cell.
Planned features:
-Fully fleshed out palace that offers a good player home experience.
-Questline for Duke of Dementia. Mania version already done.
-A large questline involving both Mania & Dementia. Do you think your newly founded rule as Sheogorath comes without a challenger?
